The location was great. About an 8 minute walk to both the Quicksilver Lift and Main St. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was adequately supplied. Master bed was firm but comfortable. Checkin procedure was simple and the Sun Country management team was very responsive. We had a couple of maintenance issues that we reported and they were fixed immediately. The underground garage is also a nice perk in inclement weather. The condo is a bit dated. 3 frying pans were severly scratched and should be replaced. We would stay there again.
The property location was a short walk to Quicksilver lift and a short walk from 4 o’ clock run. It was also a great place to head to Main Street for food, drinks, and entertainment.
Place is in good condition, nothing special honestly but location is great. You are at ski lift after only 4 min walking. Garage is good and hot tub and sauna makes it place worth a 5 stars.

We had six people stay a week. The condo was perfect for our stay. Location is great. Town, shuttles, and lifts are all in walking distance. The property management staff was great and on point. Plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

It was a good stay overall, the unit is a little dated, you can tell by the cold air coming thru the closed windows or the slower-draining sink.

Location, location, location
The condo was spacious and welcoming. Literally 50 yards to the shuttle to get you to any peak or gondola! 5 minute walk to all town has to offer.
Great stay, great time!
And to top it off we had 3 powder days during our 4 days. It was amazing skiing!

Great location!
Overall we had a great stay. The location of the condo was very convenient. Everything was clean and we loved the big living space. Our entire family could sit on the couch, which everyone loved! My only complaint was that the patio furniture was very dirty. Other than that, everything was great.
Friends and I stayed here for a weekend of mountain golf. Perfectly located near all restaurants, easy parking, and lots of space. This place is nice, has great furniture, access to a hot tub, and its own balcony. Showerheads are a little low for tall people but that is my only critique. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Amazing Location!
The condo was a classic ski condo: comfortable, clean, and warm - with the basics and nothing fancy. The location is the true star of this rental! We were directly across the street from the bus line, 1 block from restaurants and equipment rentals companies in town, the Quicksilver lift, and the end of 4 o' clock run. The kids were able to make the walk with no problem, and we were always able to get on the slopes quickly!
We were moved from Cimarron to the Atrium because the owners forgot to block that time off for their use.

Cimarron Experience
We found the property to be clean and well supplied with towels. Except for the appliances in the kitchen, the condo needs updating. The king bed in the mster bedroom was comfortable but too large for the small room--you could barely move to the other side.. The electric floor heaters in the bathrooms did not work until we discovered the circuit breakers had been tripped. When we arrived the instructions led us on a wild goose chase to the management office to get a key which did not exist--management fortunately was accessible and told us the instructions were outdated. Positives included a heated garage and an elevator. Location to town was as described. It is my opinion some groups staying there had two automobiles in the garage and not one space for each condo--may want to periodically check.

Good location but poor checkin process
Let me start by saying the location is fantastic, property clean and rental staff attentive. That is where it ends. This could be a great property with a little help. Very very dated. I mean with terrible mattresses so bad my son chose the couch over his bed. We did not have blinds in the master because they had fallen and no one had repaired them. The staff did come the next day and replace. The hot water was off and on cold and it was freezing outside. No blankets on the beds. Most terrible was that you had to pick up the key, a hard key, at a different location than the condo which is about a half mile away. This is problematic if you arrive by shuttle or Uber or leave by shuttle. Why in this modern age there is not a code on the door is absurd. Also, they left us one key which is what we used and then charged us 50 dollars for two keys. I would recommend this place if you have a car and do not mind really bad beds and cold showers. Really nice guy Cade in rental office but they should update for price.

Property was conveniently located with short walk to Peak 9 lift and Main St shopping and restaurants. The condo decor is dated, but this did not bother our group. You can hear noise from other units, especially people walking in ski boots and one night a group of young partiers woke us around 1:00 with their loud voices. The underground parking is a real plus, especially during the winter snows. The process was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was the code provided for the sauna/hot tub was not correct. We later found a separate communication with the correct code, although it was not clarified to ignore the previous communication.
We enjoyed how roomy the living area was. The extra space made hanging out together even more fun!

The Unit was verry clean well located. Have everything that we needed. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is to chage the showers to have higher showers, over the head. It was a wonderful stay. Amazing experience at Breckenridge! Great unit. Super well equipped! Great Location.

This condo was very LOUD. You could hear garage door open & close all day and night, you can hear all guest above, below, and beside you. You hear them going to the bathroom, talking, snoring, and you hear people outside. Pull out couch is broken. Master Mattress is old and a thin foam mattress was laid on top.

The condo was in good shape.
The condo was in good shape. Nice location. Well maintained and looked clean. It was spacious and fit our needs perfectly.
My only mishap was with the fire alarm during cooking. It would go off even when we were making breakfast toasts. When we decided to cook a pasta at home for dinner one night, even the firemen showed up in the building. I don't think that is the way it's supposed to go. But other than that we had a blast. We had no problems with the team in any way. Prefessional, and correct through the whole process.
