We had a wonderful stay at Petra’s apartment in Fuengirola. The apartment is beautifully laid out, very comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and everything Fuengirola has to offer. The property itself is very well maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and beautiful surroundings.A special thank you to Boris, the property manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always available whenever we needed anything. His excellent service made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Petra and Boris, for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Beautiful location, nice place, great views

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach. The apartment is well equipped and has a very big balcony with sun until late. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a bakery on the ground level of the complex. Across the street is the beach and lots of nice restaurants. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. We will return next year!

Great location

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks in March – April 2023. On check-out, we paid 110 euros for the electricity used (not included in the rental rate). The apartment description on the web site is accurate. Some general comments: • The kitchen is small, but has everything needed (with the possible exception to a dishwasher) • The bathroom was modern and worked well • The beds could have been more comfortable – upgraded mattresses would be nice. The check-in, check-out process with Simon was very easy. The balcony was the entire width of the apartment and overlooked the pool. It faced west, so got the afternoon sun. The pool was open but was fairly cool. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket and bakery on the ground level of the complex, both open 7 days a week. There are 2 larger supermarkets within 600 to 800 meters. Across the street is a sandy beach, which extends for miles. An easy walking promenade is along the beach. There are all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream stores and souvenir stores within easy walking distance. The apartment is about 600 meters from the Los Boliches train station and 250 meters from a municipal bus stop, so it is easy to get around.

Dear Jorma, Thank you for your review, although I must admit it is quite disappointing to read. During your stay, we spoke in person and I specifically asked whether everything was to your satisfaction. At that time, you confirmed that you found the apartment very pleasant and enjoyed staying there. It therefore comes as a surprise to see that you rated the apartment with only 3 stars. As you can see from other reviews, most guests rate their experience with 4 or 5 stars. For that reason, your rating feels especially unfortunate given the care and effort I put into ensuring all my guests have a great stay. Kind regards, Petra

Great location

This apartment was ideal for location, a few steps from the promenade with a well stocked supermarket on the corner The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony overlooking the pool was a sun trap. Simon showed us around when we arrived and explained how the sun blinds and air con worked. A great stay and the weather was hot!

Thank you for your predominantly positive review, I have noted your comments about the beds & will advise the owner of the apartment, however, we have never had a complaint about the beds before, I hope you enjoyed your stay, regardless.

Ideally located both for the sun and surroundings

This is the first time we have stayed in Palm Beach, having stayed in the area many times. The apartment was lovely and had just had a new kitchen fitted, but the west facing balcony was superb as it caught the sun from midday to sunset, plus it looked out onto a well maintained pool and gardens. We had a problem with the hot water boiler the day after we arrived but it was sorted and fixed in no time at all after a quick phone call. Bus stops and train station are just a few minutes walk as is the beach.

Palm Beach Apartment

Overall the apartment was fine, well situated for beach and amenities, the only criticisms to be made were , the air -con , confined to one room, and the added cost of the T.V. and WiFi. We discussed these concerns with Simon before we left and he explained the reasons as to why these were added costs. to the overall bill. In general very happy stay and Simon was a great help and made himself available for help and advice
