Zonnig appartement met 1 bed, 1 badkamer. Balkon op het zuidwesten met zon tot laat.

Dit comfortabele appartement bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en ligt aan zee. De woning heeft 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer. Er is ook een slaapbank in de woonkamer met airconditioning (optioneel), dit betekent dat we plaats bieden aan maximaal 4 gasten. Het balkon gelegen op het zuidwesten, biedt de zon tot laat in de middag, perfect om te ontspannen met een drankje of een boek te lezen. Het kijkt uit over de goed onderhouden tuin en 3 zwembaden, waarvan een ondiep zwembad veilig voor kinderen. De tuin rondom het zwembad is toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers. Het appartement heeft een volledig nieuwe uitgeruste keuken. De badkamer is onlangs gerenoveerd. Twee redelijk grote liften bedienen het appartement, elk geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers.

Great Location

Nice apartment near train station and bus stops. Also very near beach, with eateries and small supermarkets nearby. Easy check in/out process.

Beautiful location, nice place, great views

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach. The apartment is well equipped and has a very big balcony with sun until late. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a bakery on the ground level of the complex. Across the street is the beach and lots of nice restaurants. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. We will return next year!

Great location

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks in March – April 2023. On check-out, we paid 110 euros for the electricity used (not included in the rental rate). The apartment description on the web site is accurate. Some general comments: • The kitchen is small, but has everything needed (with the possible exception to a dishwasher) • The bathroom was modern and worked well • The beds could have been more comfortable – upgraded mattresses would be nice. The check-in, check-out process with Simon was very easy. The balcony was the entire width of the apartment and overlooked the pool. It faced west, so got the afternoon sun. The pool was open but was fairly cool. The complex was clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket and bakery on the ground level of the complex, both open 7 days a week. There are 2 larger supermarkets within 600 to 800 meters. Across the street is a sandy beach, which extends for miles. An easy walking promenade is along the beach. There are all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream stores and souvenir stores within easy walking distance. The apartment is about 600 meters from the Los Boliches train station and 250 meters from a municipal bus stop, so it is easy to get around.

El apartamento está bonito y en primera línea de playa, para 4 personas está bien si sabes abrir el sofá para hacerle cama. Repetiremos seguro.

Excelente ubicación

El lugar es excelente. Ubicado frente a la playa y con aparcamiento incluído. Lo que no me gustó fue que tienen una piscina preciosa y al llegar estaba clausurada por el ayuntamiento y no hubo ningún descuento pero nos compensó con TV paga de regalo

Tout était nickel et le soleil était également de la partie. Il serait bien difficile de ne pas apprécier Fuengirola en novembre et l’appartement de Petra était très confortable.

Andalusien zum Kennenlernen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war die derzeit bestehende Baustelle vor der Tür, sodass wir den zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz nicht nutzen konnten. Die Parkplatzuche war jedoch aufgrund der Vorsaison immer erfolgreich.

Great location

This apartment was ideal for location, a few steps from the promenade with a well stocked supermarket on the corner The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony overlooking the pool was a sun trap. Simon showed us around when we arrived and explained how the sun blinds and air con worked. A great stay and the weather was hot!

Perfect relaxing break

Lovely apartment and only a few steps from the beach. Fantastic supermarket on site as well. Will certainly be back in the future. Just the type of holiday we were looking for.

Ideally located both for the sun and surroundings

This is the first time we have stayed in Palm Beach, having stayed in the area many times. The apartment was lovely and had just had a new kitchen fitted, but the west facing balcony was superb as it caught the sun from midday to sunset, plus it looked out onto a well maintained pool and gardens. We had a problem with the hot water boiler the day after we arrived but it was sorted and fixed in no time at all after a quick phone call. Bus stops and train station are just a few minutes walk as is the beach.

Palm Beach Apartment

Overall the apartment was fine, well situated for beach and amenities, the only criticisms to be made were , the air -con , confined to one room, and the added cost of the T.V. and WiFi. We discussed these concerns with Simon before we left and he explained the reasons as to why these were added costs. to the overall bill. In general very happy stay and Simon was a great help and made himself available for help and advice

Los boliches 2019

From booking this property in January, to arriving in July was totally stress free .this one bed clean and spacious apartment is in the best location. 5mins from the train station and 2 mins from the beach front, supermarket , chemist and some of the best places to eat and drink we also made full use of the pools which are maintained every day and a lifeguard is always present I would highly recommend this apartment to any one.

Nice clean apartment. The balcony was great.

Nice clean apartment , loved the location. Too many personal ornaments around. Had to put shoes in drawer as no where to put them. The balcony was brilliant , had sun nearly all day.Could do with somewhere to leave cases before and after.

It was very fine, only small things as the beds, whereabouts the matresses moved around, but in alle it was a nice apartment with a lovely big balcony. And it was quiet, a nice wiev, a fine garden and pool. Close to the sea and fore nice walkings. I can recommend the apartment. XXX
