Villa Bendinat 10 - by Priority (tourist licence number ETV15389), is a picturesque holiday villa with a swimming pool and exceptional sea views, where you can rest your gaze from the terrace. Adapted for disabled persons.



The spacious property features a pool surrounded by palm trees, covered terrace and garden, and the villa is particularly bright, tastefully decorated and cosy.

Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in the 4 rooms of the two-storey villa with a lift.

They can immerse themselves in a jacuzzi and enjoy four bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub and two have a shower.

They will find everything they need to feel at home: high-speed WiFi and televisions, air conditioning, central heating, parking for three cars, barbecue facilities, washing machine, hair dryer.

The kitchen has gas and induction, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer.



Bendinat is a residential area, 10 minutes by car from Palma, the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity and relaxation. On the other hand, it is a perfect starting point to go to the beach bordering the turquoise sea, to the Bendinat golf course or to Marineland, and many more. Do not hesitate to ask for recommendations.



*If energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of diesel/day), a supplement will be charged for excessive energy use.



Villa Rules



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a penalty.



- Guests are kindly requested to maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout their stay.



- Guests shall be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before departure.



- The use of air conditioning and heating should be responsible, turning them off when not inside the villa.



- Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel the client and all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to reimbursement of the amount paid and retaining the deposit.



Reservation Terms



- Upon arrival, guests must pay a security deposit of €1,000.00 by bank transfer, which will be refunded after departure, provided no damage or rule violations occur.



- Tourist tax: £2.20 per adult per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
