Host actually met us! Showed us the place and how to work all appliances. So nice to have a personal touch. Marie shared her recommendations for dining and sites when I asked. All items in this home were of high quality- from the glassware to the dishwasher to the cutlery. Nothing was spared. Also, stocks of toilet paper, extra towels, even a full fruit basket and bottle of wine welcomed us!

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of Nice’s beautiful Old Town, with its charming streets and just a quick, easy walk to the beach, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was spotless, super clean, and so adorable with lovely touches throughout. We loved everything about it! The hosts were wonderful, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nice!

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful town!
We loved the apartment, the location was ideal, minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was perfect, clean and had all we needed plus more. Thanks so much!

Perfect
Marie met us at the apartment, she was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was immaculate, Marie showed us where everything was and how it worked; she had left some fruit and wine too. We really enjoyed our few days there, perfect.

Nice Old Town
We have had a marvellous stay in the centre of Nice Old Town, The apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple, very comfortable and well equipped. Marie is the perfect host and made us so welcome. Thanks very much.

Perfect place
Amazing place to stay in Nice! Extremely nice apartment with everything you need. Location in the heart of the impressing old town and very close to the city and the beach. Very good connection to the airport by bus number 12. Last but not least many thanks to the friendly and helpful owners Marie and Bernard! We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back for sure!

Nice in Nice
The apartment was beautiful, and had all of the things needed for a great stay. The washing/ dryer machine was so good to have in a weeks stay. They location was handy to great restaurants and only 7 minute walk to the beautiful ocean. Bernard and Marie were very accommodating and pleasant people. If we ever come back here, this is where we would stay.

Great Location
We spent 15 wonderful days and nights in this great and very clean apartment. We were completely satisfied, because we found everything as described.
Many thanks to Marie for the great welcome and the nice support.

Amazing
This one bedroom apartment is in Old Nice, well stocked, clean and the hosts were readily available for any questions. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose and fresh fruit!

Good
We loved it. Shower is not for fat Americans like me. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Location can not be beat. The hosts were fantastic. Would love to stay again
