Apartment in fabulous position with sea and harbour views

We visited in December 2023. In Raxo many restaurants closed as off season but nearby Sanxenxo still has very much to offer. The apartment has lovely sea/harbour views from the balcony, is tastefully decorated and furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms and living room have views to the sea thus very quiet and no traffic noise from the local tradffic road behind the complex. We were were warmly welcomed by Lolo on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again.

L’appartement est très bien situé et possède une fabuleuse terrasse d’où la vue est magnifique. Vous pouvez facilement voir des dauphins dans la Ria. C’est une expérience fabuleuse. Vous pouvez louer des kayaks sur le port. L’appartement est très très bien équipé. L’hote Esther est adorable. Tous ses conseils sont plus que judicieux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. El apartamento ha sido perfecto para las vacaciones familiares. La ubicación y las vistas extraordinarias, mientras que el pueblo muy acogedor y tranquilo con un ambiente muy familiar. En definitiva, perfecto para unas vacaciones con niños. Dos peros. El apartamento dispone de garaje, pero es de muy difícil acceso, aunque no hay problema para aparcar en los alrededores. El retorno andando desde la zona de restaurantes del pueblo puede hacerse pesado debido al desnivel, pero las vistas del apartamento merecen la pena.

La casa cumple con creces lo anunciado. Buena limpieza. Espectaculares vistas. Comodidad y el equipamiento perfecto para no tener que llevar de nada. Todo PERFECTO. El trato de la propiedad INMEJORABLE. Desde Esther, la propietaria, a Carmela y Lolo, los anfitriones son un verdadero placer conocerlos y tratar con ellos. Siempre pendientes y atentos a cualquier necesidad que pudiera surgir. Mención especial tiene el recomendar visitar el Cenador O Carrasco. Muy próximo a la casa. Propiedad de Carmela. Estancia perfecta

Precioso apartamento , bien situado, muy limpio y acogedor. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más para hacer una estancia perfecta. La descripción y fotografías son totalmente precisas. Esther nos acogió de manera extraordinaria y nos facilitó la estancia , nos aconsejó y nos acompañó a sitios preciosos de esa zona de Galicia, Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la lavadora e inmediatamente la propietaria se puso a buscar a los servicios técnicos para que en unas horas ( y eso que era agosto) estuviese resuelto. Muy de agradecer el interés y la eficacia de la propietaria Mi mujer y yo y nuestra perrita nos hemos sentido como en casa . Ha sido una estancia de 10 . Hemos disfrutado de la terraza con unas vistas preciosas a la ría y de las playas de los alrededores ( Areas , Lanzada , Arousa) Es totalmente recomendable para unas vacaciones perfectas. Si hay que poner alguna cosa negativa solo mencionaría la rampa del garaje que es para conductores expertos. Por lo demás dar las gracias públicamente a Esther y su familia por habernos hecho pasar unos días inolvidables en Raxo y sus alrededores. Lo valoro y lo recomiendo con la máxima puntuación. Volveremos

Fantastic aartment with amazing views

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The views are amazing - we spent many hours watching activity on the Ria from the 2 balconies . We were lucky enough to see the galleon Juan Sebastian Elcano sail by on Del Carmen Day. The apartment is the best equipped we have ever stayed in - Esther has thought of everything. We really felt at home. Raxo harbour is a 20 minute walk downhill. There are several good restaurants serving local seafood. The walk home takes a little longer -up a hill then several flights of stairs (no lift). The access to the car park is down a very steep drive but we always found space on the road. Lots of interesting places to visit within a short drive. Thank you Esther for allowing us to borrow your beautiful home.

Great Apartment with wonderful views

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Duplex Apartment, it has everything you could want and the views were amazing, we had some lovely meals sat on the terrace overlooking the water. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment and it is just like it says in the description, it was very clean and obviously well maintained. We were met by the owners brother in-law who was very helpful and informative. We even saw Dolphins on two occasions once from a bar in the harbour and another time from the apartment terrace, amazing. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area, there are some lovely places to visit, Combarro just down the road, Pontevedra not too far away and Sanxenxo are all worth a visit. Only a couple of things to mention, there is no lift up to the top floor and there are quite a few stairs so be aware of that, also, the entrance and exit from the parking space in the garage is certainly different as its very steep, but we managed it and if you find it a proplem you can always park on the street. Raxo which lies beneath the apartment is very nice too, its quite a climb back up from the bars and restaurants, but good for stretching the legs and thats why the views are terrific of course.

Wundervolle FeWo und überaus herzliche Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Ria von Pontevedra und den Hafen von Raxó. Delfine haben wir von dort fast täglich gesichtet. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu drei verschiedenen Stränden und zum Hafen. Dort gibt es viele Bars und Lokale mit allen Köstlichkeiten, vor allem natürlich frische Meeresfrüchte. Auch an der Hauptsraße isst man lecker bei "Lameirina", Die Eigentümerin hat uns auf Anfrage sogar eine Gitarre zur Verfügung gestellt, uns unaufdringlich und sehr herzlich auf eine Tour zu den Albarina-Anbietern mitgenommen und uns zu einem Essen mit der ganzen Familie eingeladen. Eine sehr sympatische Familie und für uns ein schönes Erlebnis. Selten haben wir uns im Urlaub so sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke liebe Esther !

Parfait

L' appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, tout le nécessaire, aussi bien que si vous étiez à votre domicile. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très serviables. Très belle vue sur la baie de Sanxenxo et très calme La plage est à proximité, sans vague et les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés à attraper des poissons. la plage avec des vagues (Lazanra) est à 10 minutes en voiture et il est très facile de se garer (grands parkings gratuits). Dear Esther, we want to say "thank you very much "for the hospitality we experienced when we arrived in your house. Lolo was great! My good friend Wim who had his birthday [62 years old] was really moved when Lolo handed him the book of Galicie. A beautiful book! We have only had good weather during our stay. The house is very much okay. And the view on the beach outstanding. We have even seen the Dolphins! Our bike trip from Amsterdam to Santiago was succesful. No problems. Only good experiences. The Camino is worth the effort. We send you all our love. Goodbye and thanks again, Bert, Marja, Wim and Marijke.

Sitio idílico

Primero indicar que las fotos coinciden fielmente con el dúplex, donde todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Las fotos del paisaje que se puede ver desde el dúplex, aunque bonitas, no reflejan lo increible que nos resultó estar desayunando en la terraza con la ría de Pontevedra bajo nuestros pies. Fantástico. El sitio es tranquilo, pero en 5 minutos te puedes poner en pleno bullicio si así lo deseas, en el cercano Sanxenxo. La playa de A Lanzada y O Grove quedan a poco más de 10 minutos. Estupendo para moverte por las rías de Pontevedra, Vigo y Arosa. Lo he recomendado a familiares y amigos; lástima que quede tan lejos de Murcia.

Elección perfecta.

Lugar perfecto para desconectar unos días en este maravilloso lugar. El duplex es precioso, con todo detalle, limpisimo y super comodo. La propietaria encantadora, trato super afable y pendiente en todo momento. Ha sido una gran experiencia de la que nos llevamos un maravilloso recuerdo. Sin duda, una gran elección para descansar unos días.
