The detached villa is located on a enclosed plot of 1.000 m² in the quiet neighbourhood of "La Colina", adjacent to a nature reserve, a 5-minute drive from a supermarket and 8 minutes from Arenal beach.

The ground floor of the villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), spacious living/dining room and an open kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, small dishwasher, kettle, cup coffee maker and toaster. There are also 2 luxury folding guest beds (200cm, x 90cm, mattress 10cm thick) that can be set up in any room as desired. On the terrace in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor table with 6 chairs and large parasol for cooling shade. On the property there is parking for several cars.

The pool (10 x 4) is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, parasol, a covered outdoor lounge with lounge sofa, coffee table, outdoor shower, large dining table and Broil King gas barbecue.

The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied in the months of July and August, so you enjoy complete privacy. In other months the owners may also be there, which will always be indicated in advance. Also, the rental price will be adjusted accordingly.
