On the ground floor, you have a beautiful living room with modern furniture and an adjacent office. There is an open plan kitchen with all the relevant appliances, and a dining table (for 12) overlooking the pool and the garden. On the same floor, there is a separate laundry room, a TV room and a gym area.

Villa Elviria offers 6 double ensuite bedrooms. On the upper floor, you have 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms overlooking the garden and pool; 3 doubles and the Master Bedroom which enjoys sea views, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a “hidden” TV, and a private terrace.

Separate from the main house, there is a bungalow with 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. There is one sofa bed in one of the rooms.

There is a lovely covered outdoor dining area, accessed from the lounge or kitchen. There is a dining table for up to 16 and a built-in BBQ.

The terrace doubles up as an outdoor living room as there is a retractable roof so you can enjoy shade on the summer afternoons and can relax under the stars in the evenings.

The pool is surrounded by a lovely, level, grassed garden. There are 10 sunbeds for your use.
