New apartment, finely finished and furnished, new kitchen in ivory solid wood, chest and small windows of typical Sardinian manufacture, have been finely hand-carved by local workers; the decorations of the ceramics, the lamps and the ceramic accessories are exclusive paintings hand from the "Mediterranean" art workshop.
Located inside the top floor of a house with garden with exit directly to the sea, independent entrance on an external staircase, sea view terrace with barbecue and table, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, large bathroom, laundry room with washing machine, temperature controlled, very bright, one double bedroom with sloping ceilings with the possibility of a cot, and a bedroom for 2 people. Beach towels and umbrella available, unlimited Internet connection

A perfect stay in Sardinia 😊

Very nice and functional apartment, very beautiful seaside location, Very very nice and accommodating landlord. This was a perfect, unforgettable stay. An ideal starting point for excursions to the national parks, the Costa Rei, Villasimius, Cagliari ... and the many beautiful beaches nearby. I think we will come again sometime ...

There was no functioning WiFi available to stay for a week. The location is great but the accommodation is run down . We went into the room and tried WiFi , no connection ! The owners spoke only Italian , he brought an old router that we used to connect 15 years ago… We could not check the speed of WiFi because no connection —>we told him we could not stay because we had zoom meetings scheduled . We could not cancel our reservation anymore from our end, the owner texted me to cancel 2 days later in Italian , Vrbo said the owner wanted to follow the strict cancellation policy , but WiFi was not available though it said free WiFi ☹️ we tried to work this out with Vrbo but it is up to the owner, we have a proof of no connection from the screen shot. I need to dispute this with our CC company ….

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war wundervoll. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit Cristina, als auch die Unterkunft und der Ausblick auf das Meer waren toll! Cristina ist eine liebevolle und herzliche Gastgeberin und hat sofort geholfen, wenn etwas unklar war. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Weder in der Ausstattung der Küche, noch an Handtüchern, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel usw.Alles in allem würde ich immer wieder bei Cristina buchen!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met prachtig uitzicht. Als tip willen we meegeven dat de attributen in de keuken karig zijn. Denk aan een snijplank, wat meer messen en vorken. Inchecken ging heel makkelijk en we mochten eerder het appartement in!! Super was dat.

Rustikal mit schönem Blick

Kurzaufenthalt primär um Argiolas und Su nuraxi zu besuchen und ein bisschen badem zu gehen und zu relaxen. Dafür war die Wohnung sehr gut! Einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon.

We enjoyed our stay here, there is a lovely view from the balcony and pleasant rocky beach on your doorstep. Cristina was very friendly and welcoming. It is a good location to access the city and beaches.

Vriendelijk, maar wat rommelig. En die bus!

Op zich geweldig om pal aan zee te zitten met je appartement. De grote tuin mag gebruikt worden en je loopt zo de zee in via een smal stenenstrand. Het appartement zelf viel wat tegen. De airco is niet krachtig genoeg om de slaapkamers te verkoelen en onder het schuine dak wordt het er echt heet in de zomer. Ook staat het huis pal naast een groot parkeerterrein met een regionale bushalte waar tussen half 7 's morgens en 12 uur 's nachts om het kwartier een bus komt. Deze wacht daar een minuut of tien, vaak met de airco volop aan. Begrijpelijk, maar wel irritant als je op het balkon of in de tuin zit. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbrekende items (er waren bijvoorbeeld te weinig messen en kommetjes, en geen kruiden, zoals wel vermeld stond) werden direct aangevuld. Je kunt hiervandaan de kust en het binnenland prima verkennen. Als je maar een eigen auto hebt. Naast de deur volop parkeerplaats in elk geval.

Très agréable séjour chez Christina

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est très mignon, joliment décoré, bien équipé et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Christina et sa famille sont très accueillants et serviables. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir faire du canoë et de la plongée au pied de l'appartement. Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et la location. Merci encore Christina ! Juste un petit bémol sur les nuisances sonores nocturnes ( proximité du parking avec arrêt de bus, et chien du voisin). Mais ça, Christina n'y peut rien!

casa fronte spiaggia

Soggiorno meraviglioso in una casa accogliente, silenziosa e con tutti i confort, che offre la possibilità di non spostarsi se si vuole godere dellla spiaggetta di fronte e del grande giardino,oppure di spostarsi senza fatica verso Cagliari per una movida più intensa. La casa è inoltre dotata di una bellissima terrazza dove si può mangiare o prendere il sole con davanti un mare meraviglioso. Padroni di casa discreti e simpaticissimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Great apartment with fantastic views

We stayed in the house this summer for a week, the views from the balcony are incredible, and just crossing the garden you access the sea (not a beach, an area with stones) but it is a great advantage to be so close to the sea and be able to have an early swim or enjoy the kayak. The apartment is located on the the upper of the house, with a separate access, nicely decorated and with everything we needed, pretty much what you can see on the photos and the description of the house. Cristina is a great host and she was very kind to provide us with everything we needed. It is a pretty quiet area, with a supermarket not too far, but I would recommend a car, although there is a bus at the door, the house is located in a residential area, not very close to a town, but with what you need not too far away. Definetely recomended if you are looking for peace and quiet and you want to enjoy great views and hospitality from Sardinia.

Magnifique!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Sardaigne chez Cristina et Roberto qui nous ont accueillis de façon très chaleureuse. L'appartement était très bien tenu, bien équipé, très propre et lumineux avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Il est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'accès au jardin et à la mer et la possibilité d'utiliser le kayak. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, non loin de belles plages et également à proximité de Cagliari qui mérite d'être visité. Des vacances parfaites!

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer mit wundervollem Ausblick und Balkon. Leider nur Felsenstrand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die direkt untendrunter wohnen und hilfsbereit sind. Lage sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen, am besten man nimmt sich einen Mietwagen für Tagestouren. Im März etwas kalt (keine Heizung, nur kleine Elektroheizkörper), aber Klimaanlage vorhanden.

gentile Sarah....mi dispiace che un radiatore e lo scaldino in bagno non vi siano bastati, essendo sempre a vostra disposizione (anche per piccole cose come l'aver terminato la carta igienica), non capisco per quale motivo non abbiate esposto il problema, lo avremmo risolto nonostante abbiate alloggiato da noi in bassissima stagione. davanti al giardino scogli e piccolissima spiaggetta, come descrivono le nostre foto fedelissime....nella nostra pagina non sono pubblicate foto di altre località proprio per non trarre in inganno i nostri futuri ospiti ti saluto cordialmente e ti ringrazio per essere stata nostra ospite, ma ti consiglio per le tue prossime vacanze di esporre immediatamente i tuoi problemi.....al rientro del viaggio nessuno ti può piu' aiutare!!!!!!!!!

Soluzione ideale per il relax.

L'appartamento ,finemente arredato in uno stile retrò dal richiamo marinaresco, è dotato di tutti i comfort descritti dal proprietario. La vista dalla terrazza che dà sul mare è mozzafiato e l'ubicazione permette di raggiungere facilmente le più belle spiagge della zona. A pochi chilometri inoltre si trova il cuore della vita notturna . Da non trascurare la gentilezza dei padroni di casa che riescono a far sentire a proprio agio i loro ospiti ,pur rispettandone la privacy.

Ottima sistemazione sul mare, ma tranquilla

Perfetta scelta per essere vicino alle belle spiagge di Villasimius, ma lontano dal trambusto ed in una zona della costa meno massacrata dal cemento. Cristina e Roberto sono ospiti squisiti, attenti, non invadenti. Conoscerli è stato un punto in più nella nostra breve vacanza. La casa è perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione sul sito e l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima e fornita delle attrezzature necessarie. Il balcone sul mare rende inutile andare a cena fuori e piacevolissimi gli aperitivi e il relax. Noi eravamo in due, ma la casa va benone anche per quattro perché ha una seconda stanza con due letti comodi. Da consigliare assolutamente per chi vuol conoscere questa parte della Sardegna che merita certamente una visita.

Sentirsi a casa

Soggiorno stupendo, siamo arrivati accaldati e stanchi dopo un lungo disguido in aeroporto e la gentilissima Cristina ci ha accolti con un vassoio di fresche pietanze da lei preparate, suo marito, Roberto la sera stessa ci ha procurato la carbonella per il barbecue, cenare al tramonto in terrazza con una vista di questo tipo non è da tutti i giorni. L'appartamento è situato all'ultimo piano, ha un soggiorno con cucina e 2 camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una per 2 bambini), un bagno e la meravigliosa terrazza che è un vero gioiellino. Lasciatevi guidare dai consigli di Cristina sia per le spiagge che per i ristoranti e attrazioni varie. Se capiterò di nuovo nel sud della Sardegna saprò certamente chi contattare!

Delizioso appartamento con una super vista mare

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per raggiungere piú facilmente l'aeroporto alla fine delle nostre vacanze in Sardegna e ne é valsa la pena, la mattina della partenza in mezz'ora di macchina siamo arrivati in aereoporto. L'appartamento è bello e corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto sul sito. Ci siamo fermati tre notti e una cosa che a noi (famiglia con due bambini di otto e dieci anni) é piaciuta molto è lo splendido terrazzo, dove abbiamo mangiato comodamente in quattro con una vista spettacolare sul mare (mangiare lí un semplice piatto di pasta é stato per noi come cenare in un super hotel a quattro stelle, per non parlare della colazione o della luna piena alle cinque del mattino !!!). Altra cosa molto bella, canoa e pedaló a disposizione degli ospiti, con cui poter raggiungere le spiaggette vicine (informatevi bene prima sulle previsioni meteo!). La biancheria é pulita e curata e a disposizione c'é anche un bel telo da spiaggia. La zona é molto tranquilla, i negozi/supermercati distano a qualche minuto di macchina, oppure in alternativa c'é un bus di linea che ferma davanti casa e passa ogni mezz'ora. Da non perdere la bellissima spiaggia di Mari Pintau a cinque minuti di macchina, per dirne solo una delle tante spiagge belle della zona. Ci sarebbero alcune cose da rivedere nella cucina, ne ho giá parlato con la signora Cristina, molto attenta ai dettagli della casa e molto disponibile e aperta a ogni proposta di miglioramento. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare ancora molto tutta la famiglia per tutto e per la loro sincera ospitalitá.

gentilissima Paola, dopo la vostra partenza il tecnico della lavastoviglie mi ha fatto notare che le pale non girano se i piatti sono troppo grandi.... siamo comunque contenti di avervi avuto nostri ospiti,a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa , avervi soccorso la notte che vi siete trovati in difficoltà col patino.....è stato faticoso quella notte per noi riportarlo a casa dopo che ha imbarcato tanta acqua......il consiglio per una prossima vostra vacanza è il seguente: se vi dovesse ricapitare che i padroni di casa vi prestino il loro patino, accertatevi prima, se lo trovate nella riva.....potrebbe non avere il tappo!!!!!!!
