"Appartamento Vista mare" is a spacious 3-room apartment located on the first floor. The apartment measures approximately 75 square meters and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is not only practical but also cosy and bright, making it an ideal space for families.

As you enter the apartment, you will find an open living and dining room area. The space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also an exit to the balcony, which is perfect for enjoying beautiful views of the sea.

The apartment has two bedrooms; one large double bedroom and one room with two beds. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony.

The apartment is also equipped with a small kitchen that features four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/bidet/WC available for use.

The apartment is equipped with both gas heating and air conditioning. However, heating is only available from 01.11. to 15.04. The air conditioning is located in the corridor, and it is a split.

There are two small terraces available, each measuring 5 square meters. The balcony furniture and sitting area are available for use by guests.
