Lovely stay in Bellesregard

Property was good although quite basic (beds and showers mainly. Light bulbs missing in lounge floor lamps and bedside bulb in room 2 not working and switch dodgy). No really sharp knife in kitchen and no storage tin eg for biscuits etc. however we really enjoyed our stay

Regrettably we would not stay in this apartment again!

We have stayed in this lovely complex previously. It has an excellent pool and gardens in an excellent location in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was however disappointing. The apartment was clean and in an excellent position…. however… Facilities in the apartment, advertised for 6 persons, were basic to say the least. The beds in all the bedrooms were EXTREMELY uncomfortable! The ensuite bedroom was adequate although there was a broken set of drawers, a bedside light that didn’t work and no plug in the sink. The water from the shower flowed as if from a hosepipe! Storage space was good. The second bedroom had a small wardrobe but no other storage space. Belongings had to be put on the floor. The second shower room flooded after every shower in part due to the fact that,like the en-suite shower, the water flowed as if from a hosepipe. The third bedroom was small with a wardrobe and bunk beds. There was a safe in this room. The kitchen was adequate for our needs although rather short on cups and bench space. Utility room was great for drying etc but window shutters were broken and some missing. Despite this we had a lovely holiday in a fabulous part of Majorca but sadly we all agree we would not stay in this apartment again.
