Outside there is a rear garden with shared lawn, and a private patio with picnic bench, along with designated parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub and the beach in 1 mile. Surfers Retreat is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. The lovely village of St. Mawes is located across from Falmouth Harbour and is encircled by the rocky coves, sandy beaches, and verdant landscape of the Roseland Peninsula. Take the passenger boat from Falmouth or drive the 15 kilometres there. Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific significance teeming with a variety of animals, is available for anyone who like the outdoors. There is a golf course as well.
