A beautiful 3 bedroom cottage offering open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a peaceful patio accessed through French doors. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and café & bar facilities at Pendra Loweth Village.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, our holiday home offers a discount for stays longer than 7 days. If you need a longer stay, please get in touch with us directly.

Check in (16:00pm) and check out (10:00am) on Saturday. If not suitable, please contact us. We will change if the required day is available.

Note: The properties at Pendra Loweth are for holiday use only, this is due to planning stipulations that the village was built for holiday use only. So please note that contractor enquiries will not be accepted.

The house, location & facilities are top notch. Well furnished, comfy beds, clean & spacious. The grounds are immaculate & pretty. The garden is not enclosed, just one to note if traveling with a dog, also dogs must be on lead at all times - not that this proved an issue with our pup.

Fantastic property and in a superb location for what we needed. Whole place was immaculate. Kitchen was really well equipped too. Only issue we had was the morning of the wedding as we all needed showers and the hot water ran out. Also none of us could get signal on arrival to retrieve the code to get into the property from my email. Other than those minor issues it was brilliant. Shame it’s so far away from us otherwise we’d book more often (425 miles)

Family Holiday

Superb stay in Pebble Cottage, as fabulous base to explore Falmouth and surrounding areas. Cottage was perfect for what we required and the additional onsite facilities were popular with our kids. Couldn’t fault the hosts, Ceylan and Suheyla, who were superb, so attentive and efficient with all requests and checking in to ensure we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pebble Cottage. Great size, great location. All clean and organised inside. New shower curtain would have improved the bathroom & the front door may need looking at as the key is tricky to get the lock to function. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Pebble cottage was spotless and very well equipped and in beautiful grounds. Good communication with the Host. Allocated parking for one car but further away from the house you can park another car if needed. The welcome tray was rather sparse, although everything you need in the kitchen was provided except washing up liquid and tea cloth but a dishwasher was available. I would be happy to recommend Pebble Cottage. The garden is not enclosed.

Very nice cottage and good service

We have been in Cornwall for sea kayaking and usually stayed at a campsite. But this is over now ... hope this cottage is also available next time! Superb service, fast reply on my questions and a nice, clean cottage. I was afraid about dog hairs etc when I booked it but haven't seen anything. It was clean and tidy. Hope to be here next year again :-)

Peaceful, perfect base for stay in Cornwall

Pebble Cottage on the Pendra Loweth park is a perfect place to stay if you're after a family friendly, tranquil base to explore what West Cornwall has to offer. It's a lovely, spacious property with 3 good sized bedrooms, bathroom (plus a bonus downstairs toilet) and a great, open plan kitchen/living area. It was well equipped and nice touches like milk and coffee to get started were left for our arrival. It was clean and tidy and instructions from the host were clear. Would highly recommend and hoping to return in the future.

a little gem...

Such a quiet complex; no noise despite lots of properties. Gardens are beautifully maintained and the brook running through the site adds to the tranquility. So close to a footpath and a wonderful walk to Maenporth beach which we all enjoyed (especially our cockapoo!). The property was well stocked and thoughtfully designed. We all feel like we have had a relaxing break. Teenagers enjoyed the plunge pool and jacuzzi on offer in the clubhouse, and the food, cocktails and service in the clubhouse was excellent and well worth a visit. Only five minutes to Falmouth centre so perfectly placed for bustle or relaxation.

Fully functional property in peaceful location

The property has a practical open plan downstairs with plenty of space and seating, with the kitchen providing all the appliances and wares needed. Upstairs has two small but comfortable double rooms and a similar size third room with bunks. All rooms have plenty of storage and plug sockets and are very comfortable. This property is perfect for families and has a handy downstairs loo as well as the main bathroom. Everything was clean and the decoration is simple but tasteful. The outside patio is perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine. The site is quiet and full of similar properties. It is a tranquil setting with a small brook flowing through and plenty of flowers lining the pathways. There is a small bar, shop, pool and social hub at the main office of the site but we didn’t use these. The location is handy and only a ten minute drive into central Falmouth. We preferred walking and made it to Maenporth beach in 20 minutes to the south, or Swanpool Beach 20 minutes North. I’d recommend this property for families, but also for couples as it is quiet, safe, and reasonably self-contained.

Dirty and unkept with broken fixtures

Initially communication was excellent with the hosts, but as soon as problems reported when getting to the property they became much slower to respond then totally stopped responding , the place was filthy and when i vacuumed i had to empty the collection bin multiple times , there was a very strong and unpleasant smell that lingered , stickers on roof and beds , stains everywhere , carpet heavily worn , fridge and kitchen cupboards sellotaped together , bbq and toaster dont look like they have ever been cleaned , garden furniture rusty , after staying in this resort abound 30 times and always being very happy this was truly awful and i recommend everyone to stay clear and pick one off the other property's
