There is also a desk area tucked into a recessed area next to the fireplace in the living room next to the sliding glass doors with an ocean view as well. The ocean view dining area easily accommodates 8 people and is just as enjoyable for two people. Like the living area, the dining area is meant for lingering. If you like to cook, you won’t be alone as the kitchen opens to the dining area and living room and, all while enjoying the ocean view.

Del Mar Woods is located in the quiet southwestern part of Olde Del Mar near 4th Street by the ocean with easy access to La Jolla and is also convenient to I-5 and the 805 which will take you to many of the Southern California attractions. Besides the beautiful beaches, there are also many hiking and biking trails in the area. If you are here to work, it is an easy commute to the various business parks in Del Mar, La Jolla and San Diego. There is a commuter train at the nearby Solana Beach train station to transport you to Los Angeles or various stops en-route or beyond. You may also choose to visit Mexico which is a mere 38 miles to the South. You really won't want to leave! Fortunately, you can come back again and again.
