Villa Xaloc consists of two floors where the six double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, barbecue, private pool, Wifi and air conditioning. It also has private parking inside the property with capacity for four vehicles.



You enter the villa through a beautiful garden area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. Upon entering we find the cozy living-dining room equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV, sofas and a table and chairs for diners. On the left, there is the fully equipped kitchen, American style. It has stoves, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware. Next, we find the bathroom fully equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Next to the bathroom, there are the three double bedrooms of the ground level. The first double room has two twin beds and is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. The other bedroom is equipped a double bed, a TV and a built-in wardrobe. Finally, the main bedroom en suite, which is located at the end of the corridor, consists of a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a big terrace equipped with a big table and chairs where you can enjoy the evenings.



On the upper level, we find a cozy fully equipped living-dining room, a fully equipped bathroom, which has a bathtub and a hairdryer, and the three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is also en suite, and has a private bathroom. In addition, next to the living room we have direct access to the covered terrace. This large terrace is a good place to enjoy those outdoor dinners on summer nights.



The exterior of the house is accessed from the main entrance through a path where we find the barbecue and just a few meters further on we find the large fenced pool surrounded by hammocks, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.



Villa Xaloc is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machines, a dryer, two hairdryers, a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, as well as all the equipment required by current legislation. It also has parking spaces. Simply a great family villa close to all the amenities that the Cala Galdana resort has to offer.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO GET THERE



From Mahón Airport or Port (35min):

1.Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this population, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2.After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3.You have to take the second exit and our office is located at the entrance, where it will generally be the meeting point with the host. 4. Take the third exit from the roundabout and get to Avinguda de sa Punta street nº 17, which is where the villa is located.



From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
