The Modern house was built in 2009 and is in good quality, located in the beginning Niederried 7min to Interlaken. Access to the covered parking and garage is winter safe. The house is very modern and each room have separate bathroom. Each room, terrace, balcony on the upper floor, has an un-obstructable Lake view is very sunny, quiet, comfortable and close to the village center of Niederried. In- terlaken is only a few minutes by car, Niederried also have train
connection to Interlaken.

Beautiful View

The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us.

Our Christmas Stay

The stay was great overall. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Window broken upon arrival. Repair could not be arranged before our arrival. Some external lights not working/broken, following heavy storm. Parking also very tight for larger vehicles. Thanks

Nice view - that’s the best part

Anticipated a well stocked luxury kitchen but it’s was mostly cheap pots and pans with extra grease attached. Beds were comfortable but we sank into the sofa. Kitchen seating was good to have meals enjoying the view. Wished they had cleaned the spider webs from the windows and the clumps of hair that clogged the shower drains.

Great view, lots of potential.

This home appeared to be lived in when not being rented. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dish washer and kitchenware in the drying rack. There was a fair amount of residential clutter laying around house (flip flops, hairbrush, home repair items, etc.) Owner was very kind.

Beautiful location pretty house layout.

Beautiful location but needs cleaning. TV’s in bedrooms didn’t work and manager didn’t try to get them to work Dryer didn’t work well. Owners need towels and dish cloths in kitchen. There were none. Need information signs to let renters understand what is normal use of premises.

The best Chalet in the best place

I would like to express my big satisfaction with this Ferienwohnung! We spent 4 Days in Brienz with a magical view from the Chalet on Brienzersee! Everything was fully amazing: The house/ rooms/ kitchen / the big balcony with a panoramic view directly on the Lake in front of the Alp mountains! View from each room was a breathtaking experience! Funny fact: even the toilet has a view on the blue lake 😅 We enjoyed our stay there a lot ! It’s highly recommended and we wanna come back for sure! Interlaken is 8 min by car or train station is in front of the Chalet( directions: Interlaken and Brienz). Thank you for this amazing experience in Switzerland! Beautiful views and loved having 4 bathrooms

We stayed at this property for its incredible views, and in that regard, it didn’t disappoint. Waking up to those mountain and lake views was definitely a highlight. The fact that the house had four bathrooms was also very convenient, especially with a group. Unfortunately, our experience with the logistics and cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, the key to the house wasn’t in the lockbox as instructed. It was almost midnight, and we spent a frustrating amount of time trying to reach the property manager. Eventually, we discovered the key had been placed in the mailbox—luckily, one of us managed to fit a hand inside to retrieve it. This oversight caused unnecessary stress, and disappointingly, the host never apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, the WiFi password provided was incorrect not once, but twice, which made it difficult to get connected. Communication with the host became sporadic after the initial check-in process, which was frustrating when we needed assistance. A word of caution for those relying on public transit: the nearest bus only runs once an hour, so make sure to plan accordingly. Overall, the views and ample bathrooms were great, but the issues with cleanliness, communication, and check-in process make it hard to recommend this property without some improvements.
