James and Andy both pals and members at RDGC and St Andrews decided during COVID lockdown to spend more time in Dornoch and wanted to buy a place, so they did.

Dune House is the A-Frame building located at the bottom of Golf Road in Dornoch. It's exactly 220 Yards from the first tee according to a Bushnell laser.
