We really enjoy staying in this property, the host, Fabiana was very accommodating and nice. Only 4 mins walk to Metro station and close to Vatican city entrance . Will definitely stay here again when we are back to Rome.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Located near supermarkets and restaurants, and within minutes to the Vatican. The neighborhood is quiet. And the host is kind and thoughtful. Communication was easy. I hope the apartment will be available when I’m in Rome again.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great area. Our host met us on arrival and showed us around and communicated with us throughout our stay. At the end of our stay they arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The apartment is very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated throughout. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the local area very much. Lots of restaurants and good food shops close by. Was a few minutes walk to the Metro so getting around Rome was very easy. We highly recommend this fantastic apartment and would love to stay here again when we return to Rome.

Fabiana met us at the apartment and oriented us to all the features to make check in seamless. She remained available to us throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised in description. The location in Prati was ideal for our itinerary. Kitchen was well appointed. Washer was convenient. Bedroom had air conditioning which we used for two nights and had windows open for remainder. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Rome Stay

This property was very close to the Vatican museum entrance and to the metro so transportation was super easy to everywhere we wanted to see in Rome. The apartment was spotless and so incredibly beautiful. I would definitely stay here again next time in Rome. Fabiana had everything set up and ready for our 2y/o and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in Vatican area

A spacious apartment in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of the Vatican. We liked the uniqueness and character of the property: courtyard, classic elevator, parquet floors, high ceilings. Everything that a hotel is not. Fabianna made check in easy and provided a handy information booklet and helpful recommendations of restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding accomodation

Immaculate, stylish, comfortable and in a perfect location. Fabiana was there to greet us with a smile and welcome us into her home. She spent the time to answer all our questions as we were new to the city, her apartment was located very centrally in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Only a minute walk away from restaurants, shops and public transport. A beautiful traditional building from the outside, inside the apartment was modern with new appliances and furniture. My family and I highly recommend staying in this apartment, we enjoyed being in the apartment as much as we enjoyed exploring.

My name is Fabiana, I come from Rome and I travelled a lot for work. I can speak 4 languages. I really love to work with people. I used to sleep in hotels for 20 nights a month in the past. I know very well what we need and we miss when we are not at home. I’m trying to do my best to let my guests feel like at home. My place is comfortable, clean, spacious, nice and cozy…. and very close to the main attraction of the city! Everything I needed when I was away from home as a worker or as a tourist. On vacation we need to be very comfortable and this is what I’m working for. I will be always ready to help giving information and suggestions. I studied Art history at the University here in Rome and my town is what every archeologist and art histrionic person would like to visit once in a life. Please do not esitate to ask me about tours or tickets of the most famous monument. I can suggest also guided tours with very eccellente tour leaders. I also love the good kitchen! I love to cook and to eat well. I know tipo al restaurants and also ethnic restaurants. Ask me if interested in typical Roman kitchen. I love to play tennis and paddle. I use to go walking and running. You have a part of Villa Borghese at 25 minutes walking from home. There you can enjoy the best view of the city and also do some sport activities.

My place is unique because the area is so close to the Vatican City! The underground is at 2 minutes walking distance. Full of shops snd restaurants. It is a perfect location for everybody ! Markets and food store are around the corner. When I use to live here, I really didn’t need a car.

This apartment is unique because you feel soon at home. It is very spacious, new, has a full equipped kitchen, a brand new bathroom. My place has a very comfortable beds. Cotton bed linen and towels. The best of it is for sure its position. Close to the Vatican city and the rest of the main archeological and artistic attraction of Rome. With the underground, located only 2 minutes away from home, Rome is in your pocket!
