Unfortunately, the issue depended on the internet provider and, despite efforts to resolve it during your stay, the interruption could not be fixed in time. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I also appreciate your comments about the stairs and bathroom supplies. The building does not have an elevator, and this information is included in the listing description, though I understand it can still be challenging for families and guests with luggage.
