My name is Neville Galea and together with my wife, Ruth Galea, and our employees we run our holiday apartments in Malta with great passion.

My father Joseph Galea started to rent holiday apartments in Malta back in 1981 and so it has become a family tradition.

Our holiday apartments are in the best touristic locations of Malta and have been designed, built and furnished for this purpose.

We do our best to offer high quality accommodation at the best prices. Unlike small holiday home owners we are always available, have our maintenance staff, cleaning staff, and dedicated representatives which welcome our guests and see to all their needs during their stay.

Our offices are open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm in Mosta. Please refer to Google Maps for our office location.

During the day we remain in contact with our guests by, Email, Whats App, Facebook, SMS, Phones and our helpful staff which will be visiting apartment blocks seeing to our guests’ needs.

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment with 2 seaview balconies is located right on the promenade in St Paul's Bay overlooking the islands of St. Paul's. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta.
The space
The apartment has 1 bedroom with balcony, one bathroom and a living room with seaview balcony with outside furniture (tables and chairs)
The Apartment measures 63 sqm internally,

There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.

The apartment has one main double bedroom and one single bed, a bathroom and a living room with a single sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons.

We are proud to offer a range of dining options, including a restaurant, bar, and snacks from the coffee shop, all located within the building. For families traveling with children, we have a play area to keep the little ones entertained. (Restaurant, bar, coffee shop and play area available from March 2024 or later please ask )

Other things to note
Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week
100 KWh per apartment per week
This consumption for water, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
0. 42c per KWh for electricity and 8.60 € per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does NEVER include bills of gas, water and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/100 per month depending on heating levels.

In the building there is a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor and a playground area for kids.
'Islet Promenade 1 Bedroom Apartment with 2 seaview balconies' is located in front of the sea and very close to the centre of Bugibba, St Paul's Bay. In the area one can find grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, dining al fresco, bars, etc, They are all within a few meters or within easy walking distance.
Close by there is also the Malta national Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), good takeaways, alfrescos, etc.

Bugibba is a lovely touristic destination. It has many nice rocky beaches, a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches.
