Nice view in Torremolinos

One week stay, it was very clean and comfortable. Nice views day and night, a spacious balcony. Perfect location in central Torremolinos above restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Beach vacay for Triathlon

Apartment was quite comfortable and roomy for the two of us. Light and airy space. Minor hiccups - had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, and no batteries for the AC remote (but it was cool enough to sleep w/o it). Gorgeous balcony. Overall very user friendly place for our stay - Thank you!

A good 5 weeks stay

It would have two more armchairs in the living room. There is only the sofa-bed. It should have sheets for the sofa-bed, there was none. We had to buy some. And also, more sets of bath towels. The furniture on the balcony need to be up to date. But, we had already make the reservation for next year. Thank you!

Au prix que les gens payent il ne devrait pas d’insectes. Le débit d’eau est très faible, aucune pression dans la cuisine , ni dans la douche. Lit lit craque énormément c’est vraiment déplaisant. Et il manquerait 2 places additionnelles au salon. Nous avons quand même aimé notre séjour pour la luminosité et placement du condo. Si certains points négatifs étaient corrigés nous penserions à revenir l’an prochain sans hesitation.

Pour les problèmes mentionnés, bien que nous ayons fait de notre mieux pour activement être en contact avec vous pendant votre séjour ( en essayant d'être intrusifs le moins possible ) nous pensions que votre manque de réponse témoignait d'une résolution de ces problèmes. peut mieux faire

il y avait qu'une seule piscine en fonctionnement les autres étaient hors services. De plus nous avons eu des soucis d'accès pour la piscine en famille car il fallait 3 badges et nous en avions que deux. L'agence qui gère ce bien RINCON RENT n'a absolument rien fait pour nous faire parvenir ce 3eme badge. L'appartement est rempli de cafards et fourmis, la climatisation du salon fuit sur l'interrupteur de cette même pièce.La fenêtre de la chambre à coucher ferme mal....beaucoup de bruits la nuit. La résidence est en travaux et donc nous avons eu tous les bruits de chantier pendant 15 jours
