Due to its traditional architecture, the layout and spaces are naturally different from those of a modern property. This is part of the experience of staying in an old-town home, where guests can enjoy the unique atmosphere and history of the building. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that all units had been checked prior to your arrival and were fully operational, as we also informed you directly. During your stay, you shared your concern with us, and we remained available to assist in any way needed. You mentioned that you would try opening the windows and let us know if any further assistance was required. Since we did not receive any further communication from you afterwards, we understood that the issue had been resolved.
