Tan Y Fron, Penrhyn Bay, Conwy, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
The living space consists of; open-plan living area with kitchen. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight. Sitting room with TV, second sitting room with TV and electric fire. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms consist of; king-size with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, first floor twin zip-link (can be set up as super-king-size on request) and twin attic room, bathroom with clawfoot bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Child friendly property wit; highchair, travel cot and 2 stairgates on request. Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Ladder stairs to the second floor are not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. Polite Note: No stag / hens / parties. Please note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay

Town: The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and two churches. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. The nearby Llandudno Junction is great for families as it boasts its own cinema and family restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Conwy where you can marvel at its impressive castle before immersing yourself in the past at Plas Mawr or roaming the town walls. Snowdonia National Park is a short scenic drive away and houses a myriad of exciting outdoor activities as well as walking and hiking trails which reward visitors with breath-taking views.
