Este encantador y acogedor estudio en la última planta ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar y un cómodo espacio, ideal para parejas o personas que viajan solas. Ubicado en un entorno idílico, el apartamento ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y pintoresco, a la vez que se mantiene cerca de todos los servicios locales.
El apartamento cuenta con una terraza privada en la azotea con jacuzzi, tumbonas y barbacoa, perfecta para relajarse mientras disfruta del impresionante entorno.
Tenga en cuenta que la terraza se encuentra una planta por encima del estudio y se accede a ella por las escaleras comunes.
Para su privacidad y la seguridad de los demás, la puerta de la terraza de la zona común debe permanecer cerrada con llave cuando no esté en uso.
