This brand new seafront 2 bedroom penthouse offers breathtaking 180-degree seaviews of St Pauls Islands, a group of small islets located off the coast of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. This penthouse is located on the promenade in St Pauls Bay. It is on the top floor overlooking the sea and is designed to provide a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings from it’s very spacious terrace.
The large windows provide unobstructed sea views and create an open, airy feel to the space. The penthouse features a private jacuzzi that is situated on the terrace, allowing you to take in the stunning seaviews while you relax and unwind in the warm water. One can also enjoy the most beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine from the terrace. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta.
Apartment specifications:
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one is ensuite) and a living room with a wonderful and breath taking seaview terrace with hot tub, outside furniture (tables and chairs), barbecue and sunbeds. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The Apartment measures 51 sqm internally and 96 sqm of terrace.
There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.
Facilities:
Fast unlimited Wifi internet, internet TV with many international channels
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and washing machine.
Cots, highchairs are available on request.
Airconditioning in all rooms.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Baggage room - available at no cost
Our guests can enjoy gym facilities, a Children Playground indoor area and a Restaurant, Pawlino’s by George’s Kitchen, open for Lunch and Dinner. ensuring a truly enjoyable and fulfilling stay with us.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a wonderful and breath taking seaview terrace with hot tub, outside furniture (tables and chairs), barbecue and sunbeds.
The Apartment measures 51 sqm internally and 96 sqm of terrace.
There is a lift to all floors.
The apartment has one main double bedroom, one bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
We are proud to offer a range of dining options, including a restaurant, bar, and snacks from the coffee shop, all located within the building. For families traveling with children, we have a play area to keep the little ones entertained. (Restaurant, bar coffee shop and play area available from March 2024 or ask if they are open )
Close by there is also the Malta National Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), takeaways, Al fresco restaurants, etc. For the kids, there is a playing area by the Aquarium and also an aquatic play area (open in Summer only).
Bugibba is a touristic destination, has many nice rocky beaches and also a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches.
St Paul's Bay is on the main bus routes that connect the North to the South.
