This home from home luxury apartment is located in Coto real complex a gated secure complex surrounded by views of the countryside and beautiful gardens boasting 8 pools and a padel court.

Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and all essentials with seperate laundry room and washing machine.
Living area and Master bedroom have direct access to the large terrace with dining table and 6 chairs, a large comfortable seating area with 2 sofas, BBQ facilities and 2 sun loungers overlooking stunning views of the sea, pool and countryside.
Terrace has a covered area to welcome the shade in the summer months and an uncovered space for sunbathing.
Few steps to the large communal pool with children's pool and the use of free sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
