This Villa has 5 bedrooms. Top floor bedroom has 1 big double bed and a single bed & also a toilet. Floor below that has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. In the same floor you have bathroom and toilet. Floor below this has living room and dining room space with a large terrace over looking the garden / pool area. Next floor below this is kitchen, laundry room and another bathroom. From kitchen you can enter to the garden and there is another big covered terrace with pool bar. Great place to hang during a hot sunny days. From the bottom floor terrace you have access to 2 more bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single bed. You can also access to these rooms from kitchen.
Pool area has decking with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Beautiful classic French style villa in the center of Golfe Juan. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, port, village center and train station. Located 10 min tarvel from Antibes and Cannes. Nice airport is just 25 min away by car and within easy access of Monaco.

You can park up to 3 cars in the property inside secured gate. Public transport is also available, there is a bus stop right outside house (Bus 200 that goes between Cannes and Nice every 20min) and Golfe Juan has train station also.
