• 1 air-conditioned bedroom with two 80x200cm beds (convertible into one 160cm bed), en-suite shower room and storage
• 1 separate toilet with shower and sink Mains
• 1 separate unit with a 140x190cm sofa bed (BZ) with its own shower room and toilet (macerator type). Please note: this unit does not have air conditioning.

Important: Beds are made upon arrival, and bath and pool towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The villa benefits from a central location, very convenient for quick access to the beaches and amenities. As is often the case in this type of location, a slight background traffic noise may be noticeable at certain times of the day. This remains moderate and does not detract from the overall comfort of the house.
