This beautiful semi-detached house for 8 people is rented in l'Escala (Cala Montgó). It is located 250 meters from Cala Illa Mateua and 650 meters from Cala Montgó, restaurants and the supermarket.
The Montgrí Natural Park is a 5-minute walk away and the historic center of l'Escala is 4 km away.
The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has a garden with a climatized private pool with sun loungers, a very large terrace, an area to eat outside.

From the living-dining room you will enjoy some views spectacular of the Badia de Roses, it has air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, 1 dishwasher, an oven.
This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) with an additional 90cm bed, a bedroom with a 90cm bed and a trundle bed underneath, and a very spacious suite with an exit direct to the exterior and interior bathroom with bathtub.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower.
This accommodation has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack with tweezers, parking for 1 car, and free parking in the surroundings.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
