Luxury villa in L`Escala with amazing sea views, private pool and garden. This unique villa with the best finishes is situated in Cala Montgo, a privileged place in the Costa Brava, surrounded by ancient cultures and landscapes of great beauty. The area offers a great opportunity to spend your vacation surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. The beach of Cala Montgo is sandy and very shallow, it is ideal for kids! Hiking, biking, water sports and fishing - the area has everything, you choose!

This villa is distributed so that three of its four bedrooms as well as the living and dining room has panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Natural Park of Montgrí and the lovely beach of Cala Montgo. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet.

The house has three large terraces, a pool that overflows to the deep blue sea and a big garden where children can play freely. In total in the villa can sleep 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds).

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Wonderful experience

We went on a family trip to Spain and stayed at this villa, and would highly recommend. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a short drive into town. The villa itself was incredible. It was spacious, clean, and upscale. The pool was a treat to have as well, and the views from the pool/balcony are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely like to come back. We would recommend this villa to everyone!

We love the house.

We loved our stay. The house is gorgeous, with floor to ceiling windows, multiple terraces and amazing views. It’s magical. Very close to the beach and town center. It slept 8 of us comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is totally worth it. Highly recommended. Make sure to bring bed sheets, towels, soap etc because these things are not provided.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in this home. The view and location are incredible. The beach and hiking areas are a short walk away. There are also plenty of other areas to explore only a short drive away. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for our family, including our dog. The management team was very responsive and quick with our needs and questions. The kitchen was not stocked with basic items like oil, salt, pepper, sugar but the market was a short drive into town. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this beautiful property. Thank you

Beautiful Mediterranean view

The house is beautiful and situated on a steep hillside affording lovely views of the Balearic sea and the Platja Montgo. Infiniti pool is a great spot to spend warm sunny afternoons. Comfortable beds. Ample China and glassware to entertain comfortably. The property management team were responsive and helpful ( many thanks, Elna!) A “house book” with general instructions on the operation of household appliances and utilities would be helpful as some are not common to North America ( e.g. ferromagnetic cook top, the remote control for powered awnings).Also a list of recommendations about favorite restaurants, bakeries, butchers, taxis, etc. would be greatly appreciated by renters. Overall a superb experience and would book again without hesitation!

Séjour de rêve dans villa de stars

La vue la piscine les terrasses la disposition de la maison Préciser qu’il y a beaucoup de marches dans la maison (notamment pour les gens qui se déplacent mal) Manque torchon cuisine

Maison magnifique

Maison magnifique moderne avec vue splendide sur la mer. Il manque des torchons et du papier toilette. Dommage que le départ soit si tôt, pour un WE 11h 12h aurait été bien agréable .

Diese war eine ganz neue Erfahrung für uns, waren oft nur in Hotels. Doch mit Kindern und Enkelkinder war es sehr schön. Immer wieder gern.

The VIEW!!

The view, this alone would merit a 5 stars. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars (refer back to "the view"), but unfortunately, there some issues. The first problem is the beds. All 4 bedrooms had sub par mattresses and pillows. I felt like they were from IKEA. Second, this place advertised as kid friendly. It really isn't. The are many many stairs. The main living area is -1 floor and the bedroom area is -2 floors. Our children are 3 and 5 so not a huge issue but it could be if you are travelling with younger childrenfor older guests that might have mobility issues. Finally, no amenities. Additionally, you must meet at an office to pick up keys and also to drop them off. Not a huge problem but more of an inconvenience. Overall the place is great, but I'm not sure I would stay there again. But then again, that view!!! Amazing!

I'm glad you liked the beautiful view of Cala Montgó, unfortunately in that area most houses are of floors -1 and -2 because they are located on a small mountain, I regret that this was inconvenient. I also regret that you will not like the quality of mattresses and pillows, these are of good quality. That you like mattresses and pillows more or less is relative, because the valuation depends on the person. I'm sorry you weren't comfortable. Amazing view!

We loved how peaceful this area of Costa Brava felt. It was so quiet and the views are spectacular. This is a gorgeous home that is well equipped for a wonderful holiday. The only things that would have made it better were if the pool was heated and if we had known how to get down to the beach. We walked on the streets and it felt far. On the last day, my husband discovered stairs and a path that took 5 minuets. I think the owners should provide a guide to make it easier for guests that could also include more info on the area and restaurants nearby too. It was a great weekend away and we had a lovely time! Thank you!
