Beware. Booked through Vrbo assuming was the actual owner/host. Turned out to be Sykes Cottages 'sub letting' from Darwin Lakes Holiday Cottages.Read the small print, it is not as describe: No gas or charcoal for the BBQ, hot tub 225 extra. No heating and water on when we arrived, couldn't locate the internet password so couldn't connect any of the 'emergency' numbers provided. Totally no help from Darwin Lakes and no responsibility taken by Vrbo or Sykes and you cannot contact a human. The complaints form for Sykes does not accept the Vrbo booking number! Shabby and a bit dismal, limited kitchen essentials, no nice touches like jams, biscuits or wine. Best avoid.
