Newly refurbished single floor accommodation situated on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes walk from the Winterton Dunes nature reserve and to Winterton beach. The property consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with large kitchen diner and separate spacious lounge with log burner. The property has parking for two cars and an enclosed garden at rear. Suitable for couples, friends or family looking for a peaceful break by the sea. Dogs are welcome. There are five steps from the kitchen to the rear garden. The property is accessed from the front door which is on a gentle slope from the road. Outside access direct to the garden is via four steps. Please see photographs.
The property has a spacious central hallway with coat hooks, all rooms accessed from this hallway.
The main bedroom has king sized bed with 100% cotton bed linen, towels and robes are provided. En suite shower room (thermostatic shower) off the main bedroom. 32” smart TV.
The second bedroom has two twin beds again with 100% cotton bedding, towels and robes. 32” smart TV. The main bathroom, with thermostatic shower over bath, is situated next to the twin bedroom accessed off the hallway.
The large kitchen diner consists of electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty and pots, pans and crockery for cooking if you so wish. A assortment of glasses, tumblers, wine glasses, gin goblets & champagne flutes. Full size fridge freezer and plenty of general storage space. A dining table which comfortably seats 6 is situated in the kitchen area together with 42” smart TV. Down 5 steps from the kitchen is a separate WC and outside door access to the rear garden. The rear garden is laid to lawn with shrubs around the edge. It is fully enclosed and secure for dogs. There is a side access to the garden through a gate to the side of the property. From the rear garden there is access to the garage where garden furniture and beach toys are kept. Please note the garage also contains the boiler, electric meters and storage of other maintenance items such as paint and garden equipment. Children should not be allowed alone in this area.
