2 Old Chapel Cottages | Winterton Cottages

2 Old Chapel Cottages was originally part of a Methodist Chapel built in 1812, and is right next door to 1 Old Chapel Cottages. At the front of the cottage is a small enclosed seating area which is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The front door leads into an open plan living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a log burner effect electric fire. The extendable dining table has four chairs.

The compact but well equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your holiday: an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Through the kitchen you'll find a modern bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed, and the other with 3' single bed. There's also an upstairs WC and washbasin off the landing. The cottage is heated throughout with electric heating.

At the back of the cottage is a very useful porch area which is ideal for storing coats and shoes. Opposite there's an outhouse with an additional fridge/freezer and washing machine.

One medium or two small dogs are welcome free of charge. They are welcome in the downstairs living areas, but we kindly ask that they are kept off the furniture. There is on-road parking on Old Chapel Road near the property. The cottage is a very short walk from the dunes, dog friendly beach and other local amenities in the village of Winterton-on-Sea. Please note for security reasons, CCTV operates on the property.
