Newly refurbished 2 bed, 2 bathrooms located in the picturesque Monte Duquesa square with bars, restaurants, hair/beauty salon, nail bar and massage parlor.
Communal pool and seperate children's pool with outdoor toilet, changing facilities, sun umbrellas and sunbeds.

Only 5 min walk to the Marina with a wide selection of bars, restaurants and an array of beaches, here you can enjoy excursions such as dolphin trips, fishing trips and sunset cruises taken daily, a further 2min will bring you the quaint fishing village Castillo with traditional tapas, fish restaurants, beaches and beach bars overlooking the Castle that you can tour for free.

The property consists of, 2 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms (1 ensuite), brand new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, open plan living/dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen tv and sofa which converts to a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements, terrace overlooking the square and gardens with comfortable sofa and seating area.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and free WIFI.

Linen, towels and pool towels provided for your stay.

Free welcome pack on arrival with water, milk, biscuits, jam and a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Only 5 min walk to the Marina with a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and an array of beaches, here you can enjoy excursions such as dolphin trips, fishing trips and sunset cruises taken daily, 2 min stroll from here is the quaint little fishing village El Castillo with traditional tapas, seafood restaurants, beaches and beach bars overlooking the castle that you can tour for free.

A short walk along the sea front to Sabinillas the local town with bars, restaurants, play parks, shops ,supermarkets, playparks, beaches and beach bars, during the summer months there are extra activities for families such as fun fairs and water inflatables in the sea.

Estepona 10 min drive with markets and the finest beaches.

Award winning Golf Courses within walking distance.

Local attractions include Roman Baths, here you can bathe in the natural rivers whilst using the aluvial mud from the rocks to moisture your skin, lots of areas to enjoy a picnic and enjoy the full day.
