Vintage and Genteel

First impressions of the exterior, but the interior was delightful, reminiscent of my grandmother's home. Overall, really good experience.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because of its location and historic appeal. It's very convenient to I-275 and is about 1 1/2 miles from downtown St Pete. The beaches are about 15 minutes away. It's a very quiet, residential area with a walking path around Crescent Lake.

What makes this property unique

This property was built in 1926 and the renovation won a historic preservation award. It's very charming while offering modern conveniences.
