About this property

Villa Jessica is an attractive semi-detached property with 3 bedrooms and shower rooms over 3 levels - great for couples and small groups. The house is bright and airy, plus it has a fantastic large games room. Outside it's spacious and you'll have a glimpse of the volcanic mountains which are so iconic to Lanzarote. The centre of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes' drive away or approximately 25 minutes on foot. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, a heated pool and WiFi is included.

The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac in a residential area and is approximately 25 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive to the town centre with the shops and lots of places to eat and drink. There are beaches of Playa Dorada, Flamingo and fashionable Rubicon Marina which has restaurants overlooking the yachts. Our Villas Marnie and Pebbles are nearby.
