Villa Usignolo was part of an old farm and is still immersed in the peace of tilled fields that change colour depending on the crops, the yellow of sunflowers, the gold of wheat, the green of vineyards. It has marked peasant origins, the stone façade, the red brick arches of the old stables, the terracotta floors and the wooden beams of the attics, which the owner has restored with great care and love. Every detail, every finish will take you back to sensations, moments of a past life, when the existence of farming families took place in these beautiful farmhouses.
The villa consists of a large living room with dining table, a stone fireplace in the living area with comfortable sofas and a large, bright kitchen where you can comfortably prepare meals for everyone. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms with glass showers. From the living room you will have access to the typical panoramic loggia, where you can enjoy a good glass of wine in front of the panorama of the Val di Chio hills.

You will have at your disposal, and in exclusive use, a beautiful infinity pool with Roman steps (size 14x5, depth 1.40 m - open from 23 May to 12 September ) with solarium and sunbeds. From the pool you can enjoy fantastic sunsets, with the sun setting behind the silhouette of the town of Castiglion Fiorentino. In the well-kept outdoor area, dominated by three splendid and imposing cypress trees, you will find a gazebo with a stone barbecue, for your outdoor dinners in the summer evenings and a covered parking area for two cars.
