A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, alongside a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and benefits from its own air conditioning unit, as well as access to a balcony. The second bedroom is arranged with 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm. A third sleeping space on the upper floor accommodates 1 bed measuring 110 cm. The single bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC. A large terrace complete with terrace furniture completes the property, offering marvellous views of the sea, the countryside, and the resort.
