The apartment has three bedrooms on the upper floor and a full bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace furnished with a couple of recliners and a table with chairs, offering spectacular views and plenty of sunshine throughout most of the day. <br><br>The other two bedrooms each have a single bed and storage space. <br><br>The lower level features a spacious dining room and living room, which opens onto the lower terrace, where there is a barbecue and a table with four chairs for comfortable al fresco dining with ocean views. Stepping out from the lower terrace onto the grounds in front of the house, you can enjoy incredible views as you approach the cliff. This is not a private area, so please exercise caution and do not let children play near the cliff, as getting too close can be dangerous.<br><br>On the first floor, there is a small full bathroom with a shower, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop. <br><br>The apartment is ideal for couples and families of four. It is located in a generally quiet residential complex in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Morro Jable Beach and all the town’s amenities. <br><br>It’s usually easy to park on the street next to the apartment, just a few meters from the door.<br><br>The master bedroom has air conditioning since it tends to get the hottest. The other rooms do not have air conditioning.<br><br>The apartment is for the private use and enjoyment of guests; there are no common areas. The area in front of the house is not private, but there are usually no people there, as it is not a walking path. You may see neighbors from the surrounding homes on adjacent lots and other guests from neighboring vacation homes, but they are typically only in the area directly in front of your home. <br><br>In the master bedroom, there is a locked section of the closet containing the owners’ personal belongings, which guests cannot access. Similarly, in the dining room, there is a small closet under the stairs that is padlocked and inaccessible to guests. The apartment and bedrooms have closets and plenty of storage space for guests to use.<br><br>We are usually flexible with check-in and check-out times for the apartment whenever possible, but this must be arranged in advance.
