This luxurious apartment forms part of a large period property. It is perfectly located for the whole of the Northern Lake District and is within easy walking distance onto local fell-side walks. Its quiet location is only a short riverside walk through the park leading to the town center where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. It is an idyllic retreat for up-to 4 people. Set in its own private garden the property has private access and WiFi throughout.

Lounge
The lounge benefits from a lovely high ceiling and dual aspect windows that look out onto the garden. There's a large L shaped leather sofa, a flat screen wall mounted smart TV together with a coffee table. There's also a gate-leg dining table that seats 4.

Kitchen
A lovely solid oak kitchen with granite work surfaces opens out into the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster; There's everything you need for your stay down to cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has a double bed and a pine wardrobe with draws. There is also a bedside table, lamp and wall hung mirror on each side of the bed. Bed linen is provided with 4 pillows.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom has a solid oak bed, wardrobe and draws. There's a long mirror and blinds at the window.

Bathroom
A fully tiled bathroom with white bathroom suite includes a bath and overhead shower. Toilet rolls are provided along with both hand and bath towels (one of each per guest).

Garden
Guests have sole use of the private garden. There's an outside table with four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Parking
There is onsite, off-road parking for one car.
