Hi, Alison! Thank you so much for your lovely and thoughtful review — it really made us smile. We’re delighted you had a wonderful few days at Coleridge Cottage. It’s such a great spot for exploring, and we completely agree that having so many walks right from the doorstep (and being able to forget about the car!) is one of the big perks of staying there. We’re really glad the cottage felt peaceful despite being on the main road, and that the short stroll into town worked perfectly for you. It’s also lovely to hear that everything in the property was excellent overall. You’re absolutely right that the bathroom layout is best suited to couples or small groups, and your feedback is very helpful for future guests. And thank you for your kind words about our communication — we do try to make everything easy and stress?free from start to finish, so it means a lot to hear that it helped. As for the TV, we’re so sorry it didn’t play ball for you. If that ever happens again, please do give us a ring — even if you decide to embrace the peace and quiet in the end! We’re always more than happy to help, and we could’ve had someone pop over to sort it in no time. Most importantly, we’re thrilled you had a fantastic stay in such a lovely location. We’d be delighted to welcome you back whenever you’re next in Keswick. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
