Conil - 3 bedrooms in Kreuzberg

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Conil is a serene 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property with an unparalleled 150 square meters spread inspired by grassland. For a taste of hipster Berlin, Conil is your answer. Located in Kreuzberg, step outside to find bustling cafes, restaurants, and multicultural spaces lining the streets. After a stroll through the streets of Berlin, there's nothing better than relaxing at home.

There are 3 bedrooms, all artfully designed and classily furnished. The first giant bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, and a dedicated workstation surrounded by large windows looking out onto the street. Through the sliding stained glass doors of the first bedroom, guests will find the second bedroom with a queen size bed. This bedroom also has a queen size bed, dedicated workstation, and doors that open onto a sunny balcony.

The third bedroom is in a separate part of the home than the other two and has a cozy queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The 1 bathroom has been recently refurbished with a modern touch and a walk in shower.

The large open plan living room and kitchen area make up the rest of the space. The high ceilings add to the grandeur feel of the area, and the open layout makes Conil the perfect place for hosting. The living room has a full entertainment system and is adorned with wooden accents, plants, and geometric patterns, reminiscent of the grassland.

The large rustic table comfortably seats six, and another two can sit at the kitchen island counter. As with all our apartments, Conil's kitchen is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
