Cozy apartment with large terrace in the heart of Olbia, just a few minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor accessible by lift, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with many cooking tools including an oven. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and one with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



The highlight of this apartment is the spacious panoramic terrace with a dining table, a barbecue, a relaxation area and sun loungers.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits finds from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, stand out in the city center, while the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
