Grenadine is a modern style 3-bedroom villa and studio located in the heart of Gustavia, with a view of the harbor and its proximity to Shell Beach.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining room, as well as to the living room. The terrace will allow you to enjoy a heated pool while admiring the harbor, its sailboats and yachts.

The master bedroom is air-conditioned and offers a large bathroom with dressing room, double sinks and Italian shower. The second and third bedrooms are equally modern and each has its own bathroom. The studio offers the comfort of a kitchen, dining table and sitting area.

The proximity to downtown, restaurants, shops, the beach, the harbor and the nightlife makes this an ideal and popular property for those wishing to enjoy all aspects of St Barths.
