In the heart of the lovely St Jean district, our completely renovated villa with sea view is ideally located, just 3 minutes walk from St Jean beach.

You will be seduced by its warm and peaceful atmosphere, but also by the numerous activities within walking distance: restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, walks around the pond and sporting activities will occupy your days.

Les Belles Vues de St Jean offer you an ideal environment to rest and have fun with family or friends.

Important information:
The only air-conditioned rooms are our bedrooms; the other rooms have openings allowing ventilation.
Our living room is open space to the outside, and is closed only with mosquito nets, to allow you to enjoy the terrace as well as the swimming pool.
We do not have washing machines.

The home was as advertised, looks like it was just updated. Great location so not to spend your trip driving around the island.Happy with all aspects and look forward to staying agin in July.

Perfect stay

The place is above pictures on website. Location is perfect a few minutes or seconds from the beach and Saint Jean shopping area without any nuisance. The house is beautiful, very well equipped for a rental, and perfectly clean and new. Way better to stay here than in a more expensive hotel in the island. Host is always available and helpful, process for check in and check out very easy. Will come back with no hesitation!

Great location, lots of stairs/steps

On a hill property with beautiful view of mountains and the ocean. Short walk to the beach on an incline. The property is clean, has everything very well equipped. Lots of outdoor living spaces. Use mosquito repellent. I wish we had the same appliances back home. You’ll burn calories going up and down the many steps.

Good place to stay

The location was nice it was near a lot of beach clubs. The house itself was super clean and organized. Looked just like pictures. We had a cleaning crew that the host used and it was great. There is parking which is nice and there is a small pool/jacuzzi which was cleaned. We had a chef come that was super nice. The outdoor space is very peaceful and some cats walked by! Some downsides were there is no air conditioning in the living room but in the rooms there are. Also, the front does not have a closed railing it’s only shades which makes it a Little unsafe that anyone can come in. Another small issue is that the check in is at 4 pm which was difficult for us since we flew in the morning but she let us in at 3! The host was super helpful, answered whenever we had a question. Overall I would rate this a 4/5

The villa was pretty but that’s about it. The pool is way smaller than it looks on photos. We had some issues were the wifi, air conditioning, and electricity went out in the whole villa for 12 hours. We had no way to reach out to the host to get help because the villa is so high up that our phones didn’t have service. The only way to communicate is thru wifi and using what’s app. The host told me at the beginning of the Stay that the phone connections are very bad here and told us use the Wi-Fi in order to communicate with her … we tried but none of our calls or text went thru. We waited until the daylight to walk down to the beach club that was nearby in order to get some Wi-Fi to contact the host after communicating this issue with the host…. She had no remorse and told me that there’s nothing that she can do and that we should’ve let her know sooner and that is not her fault that we didn’t have service on our personal cell phones. There was also a limit on the amount of hot water you can use so the host told us to take cold showers. There’s also several wild cats walking on the actual property throughout the porch scurrying around all day and night. NONE of this was listed or told before we booked. We paid a lot of money to stay at this beautiful resort and unfortunately, we did not have the best of times. I wish that the outcome could’ve been better.
