Elegant completely renovated building in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, a few steps from the Spanish Fortress and only 500 meters from the lively town square with its bars, restaurants and shops overlooking the sea. The apartments, three two-room apartments and one studio apartment, are arranged over two floors and surrounded by a large garden. Among the alleys of the town one of the most crowded and well-known evening markets on the island. From Porto Azzurro it is also possible to leave for a boat excursion, visiting hidden coves and snorkelling and diving in the magnificent seabed of the island. The closest and most comfortable beach is La Pianotta, characterized by a crystal clear sea, fine gravel and large rocks. Not far away are the beaches of Barbarossa, Reale and the very special Terranera.
The studio apartment, located on the ground floor, has a double bed. The interior consists of a large living room with double bed and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings are comfortable and functional and the property has a barbecue area with table and chairs for common use and parking. Animals are not allowed. Ideal for couples and offers the possibility of reaching the center and the beach in a few minutes.
