This family villa, located on one level on the ground floor, is ideal for hosting up to 6 people, including young children, offering easy access, just 30 meters away, to the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo from the private road that adjoins the house. The free beach also houses equipped bathing establishments, open during the summer season, where it is possible to rent sun loungers and umbrellas.
Sicily Sun is a 150 sqm holiday villa, with 3 bedrooms, including 2 with a double bed and 1 with a French bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, heat pump heating and outdoor parking inside the structure. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, mocha, kettle and toaster.
The heart of the villa is a large bright living room, with windows that open completely onto the outdoor veranda. This living space is designed for conviviality and relaxation, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or spending pleasant evenings with friends. The outdoor veranda, furnished with comfortable armchairs, is a real extension of the stay, an oasis of tranquility where you can fully enjoy your beach holiday in Mediterranean style. Imagine spending your days relaxing in the villa, alternating moments of reading in the shade of the veranda with sunbathing on the nearby pristine beach. And when you feel hungry, you can enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine in the restaurants within walking distance, located in the immediate vicinity. For your comfort, the villa is completely fenced and equipped with a barbecue for outdoor grilling, iron, hair dryer and television.

The cleaning fee includes: initial and final cleaning, utilities: - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water, weekly bed linen, bathroom, private parking, electricity (included up to 120 kW per week) Only if you exceed the ceiling of 120 kW per week the cost will be 0.80 per kw.- The rate does not include: Tourist tax (where applicable) Extra on request: Extra cleaning (EUR 12.00/h per person employed) extra linen (EUR 10.00/person). The cleaning item includes bed linen, towels and private parking in addition to the electricity that is included,
