The lovely apartment is in Belém/Ajuda, a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is on the ground floor, with easy access to the street. It also has optical fibre, fast Wi-Fi internet, smart TV and central heating.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a dining area for four, and a door leading to the back terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen has all the essential appliances and cutleries to handle cooking requirements, so feel free to cook various delicious meals!

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Nearby you can visit the renovated National Ajuda Palace, the royal treasure, and Ajuda Botanical Garden. Ten minutes walking, you will find several museums, monuments and other attractions, such as Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, belonging to Unesco World Heritage. You can also taste Pastéis de Belém, the famous Lisbon pastry. Tagus riverside and the train station to Cascais/Estoril beaches are within walking distance. You can find different bus stops to Lisbon centre and surroundings close to the apartment.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, R. Bica Marquês, is just 5 minutes away.

The nearest train station, Belém, is just a 12-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
