Garden & Wellness "LeVigne"

The "LeVigne" Garden & Wellness apartment is located at Residence Mea, on the border between the municipalities of Tesimo and Nalles, along the Nalserbach stream.
Residence Mea consists of three residential buildings, constructed to the "KlimaHaus Nature" standard, featuring traditional architecture with a modern twist. The complex was completed in March 2023 by our construction company “Ergobau” and designed by our firm “Ergoplan,” represented by architect Christian Roncolato.
The apartment, facing southwest, is located in the central building and features a private outdoor area of 200 m² and a total living area—comprising both indoor and outdoor spaces—of 150 m².
The interior features three double bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—a 10 m² master bathroom, a second bathroom, and a living room with an open-concept kitchen, a bar counter, a fireplace area, and a seating area.
The outdoor area, facing the private garden, consists of an outdoor kitchen, a bar area, a table for 5–6 people, a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, and an outdoor shower.
The entire area can be enclosed using automatic sheer curtains and screened with white curtains to ensure complete privacy, if desired.
Garden & Wellness “LeVigne” was conceived by our studio as a designer apartment, strictly “Made in Italy,” featuring furnishings that have shaped the history of design. In the living room, you’ll find the famous oval Tulip table, and in the outdoor area, Eero Saarinen’s round table, accompanied by Moises chairs, acclaimed as a 21st-century work of art.
The “fireplace” area of the living room—dedicated to reading, relaxing, and savoring a fine wine—features the Egg Chair, inspired by the renowned Arne Jacobsen, and two Florence two-seater sofas, named after their designer, Florence Knoll, and designed in 1954. Finally, during the winter months, you can light the wall-mounted ethanol fireplace to add just the right warmth to your cozy atmosphere.
A wide selection of kitchen utensils (Made in Italy & Germany) will allow you to prepare your meals with a touch of design. An electric grill from Weber will also let me prepare delicious grilled meals all year round.
The living room and each bedroom feature Smart TVs (65" and 55"). In the living room, you can enjoy music through a second-generation Sonos speaker, set up with Google Home, which responds to voice commands in three languages: Italian, German, and English.
Outside, you’ll also find a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while enjoying the natural surroundings.
The garden area also features a DOLCEVITA mini-pool (3 x 5 meters) where you can cool off on hot summer days. Depending on outdoor temperatures, the unheated pool is open from April/May through September/October. Finally, you can enjoy a game of ping pong and relax on outdoor sofas and lounge chairs designed by Enrico Coveri.
In the basement, you can also enjoy a room set up for table soccer and darts—pure fun for young and old alike.
For parking, we offer a private locked garage, one covered parking space, and one outdoor parking space.
