NEIGHBORHOOD:

The neighborhood is both safe and inviting. Homes and yards are very well maintained. The majority of the houses in the area were built before the 1950s. They’re quaint cottages and bungalows full of charm and character. Neighbors are frequently out walking their dogs and strolling through the neighborhood. Homes in this area are only on the market for days as this area is so popular due to it’s central, midtown location, and neighborhood appeal.

Utica Square, an upscale shopping and dining area, is less than 2 miles away (with a 24-hour Walgreens). There are so many restaurants and places to shop within a few miles. Please see our Welcome Book for all of the best, local hotspots and maps.

About Natalie

I'm Natalie, born and raised in Tulsa, and very proud of my native city. I did spend a few years studying Literature and the Humanities in Norman, OK, (Boomer Sooner!) where I earned my degree. I love traveling, art, reading, writing, vintage finds, film, and fresh flowers.

My family has been in Tulsa for generations. We've owned an Estate Sale company, Estate Sales by Allen, for over 30 years. Tulsa has a vibrant art and antiques community. We can definitely point you in the right direction for antiques and all things vintage (as well as restaurants, shopping hotspots, parks, etc.).

I am very enthusiastic about this historic, thriving city. I've traveled the world and am happy to call Tulsa my home. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions!

The home was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had so many extras. We loved our stay.

Natalie was very sweet and accommodated our request for an early check in. The home really felt like home. The house is located within walking distance of the fairgrounds, and is in a neighborhood we felt safe walking in. The decorations were cozy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The kitchen had lots of appliances and anything we needed to fix meals. Her notebook with information was very helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay!

After a long day at work it was so nice to come home to this charming house. I loved sitting on the back patio and unwinding. This house was perfect for my stay and I will be returning in the future! The neighborhood was so quiet and the house is in the perfect location!
