Amazing charm and character in this 3 BDRM, 2 bath in Midtown home. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed (with 1 1/2" fiber bed topper) in bedroom #1, a full size (with memory foam mattress) in bedroom #2, and a daybed with trundle in bedroom #3. Family room w/ dining area connected. Family room has a 50" TV with a sectional couch, and high speed internet connection.

Fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook. All the utilities you need- microwave, a Kenmore 5 top gas burner stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and a washer/dryer. Dining room table can seat anywhere from 4-10 people. Hair dryer, towels, iron & ironing board are provided. Hardwood floors throughout. Cozy outside patio, great for hanging with friends.

2 blocks from the Expo and only 10 minutes from Tulsa University. Within 5 miles of 3 major hospitals, Saint Francis, St John, and Hillcrest.

We chose this property as our first home purchase because we love midtown and the area surrounding it. We decided to turn it into a vacation home and we are excited about the new experience.

What makes this property unique

The location is amazing! Located in Midtown Tulsa it's only 9 minutes from downtown. It's also perfect for anyone visiting the Expo Center as we are only 2 blocks away.

This home, unlike most in the neighborhood, has 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas.
